Request account and data deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your Server Alerts account and associated data. LCW Labs will review the request and respond using the email address supplied below.
What happens next
- Submit the form with the email address used for Server Alerts.
- LCW Labs receives an email notification and reviews the request in the admin portal.
- After approval, LCW Labs will remove account profile data, device registrations, push notification tokens, pending invitations, and site memberships where deletion is safe and applicable.
- LCW Labs will confirm the outcome by email.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be kept where required for security, legal, accounting, abuse-prevention, or audit purposes. This can include security audit events, licence and billing records, operational logs, and records needed to protect other users or monitoring sites.
If you only want specific data removed without deleting your account, include that in the notes field.
