Licensing details

How sites and seats work.

A site is one registered monitoring instance connected through a Server Alerts connector. Licensing follows the site where access is granted.

Site user seats

Each site includes one operator.
Additional operators or viewers are $6 per site monthly, or $60 annually.
A person with access to two sites uses one seat on each site.
Pending invitations reserve a seat; cancelled, expired, or rejected invitations release it.
Portal-only billing administrators do not use a site seat.

Billing terms

Annual subscriptions are prepaid.
Sites and users added during a term are prorated.
Reductions apply from the next billing period.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
Wall dashboards do not consume user seats.

Self-hosted responsibilities

The customer supplies and operates the hosting environment, HTTPS certificate, network access, backups, availability, and operating-system maintenance. LCW Labs supplies the broker software, portal, entitlement, mobile app support, updates, and product support.

Self-hosted deployments include a 14-day offline licensing grace period for temporary loss of access to the licensing service.

Trial

The standard trial includes one LCW Labs Cloud site and up to three site users for 30 days. No payment card is required. Self-hosted evaluations and larger proof-of-concept environments can be arranged with LCW Labs.

Fair-use policy

Standard pricing supports up to 1,000 hosts and 10,000 services per site, using normal connector polling, push notification, and email notification volumes. There is no per-host or per-service charge within these limits. Larger environments, unusually frequent polling, or exceptional notification volumes require a tailored quote so capacity can be provisioned appropriately.
