- Your Server Alerts account email and organisation name.
- The monitoring platform and whether the broker is LCW Labs Cloud or self-hosted.
- The site display name, app platform, app version, and approximate time the issue occurred.
- Relevant screenshots or exact error text, with sensitive information removed.
Keep credentials private. Do not send passwords, API keys, connector enrolment codes, bearer tokens, MFA recovery codes, or private certificates by email. Server Alerts complements your monitoring platform and should not be treated as the sole source for critical operational status.
